Madden Curse Strikes Again!
The Madden Curse has struck again and this year Shaun Alexander is the unfortunate player with a broken foot courtesy of John Madden. Many a Fantasy Football owner is scrambling for a decent replacement right now. ESPN notes, "It is hard to ignore the trend known as the "Madden Curse." Since NFL players began to grace the covers of the Madden NFL games in 2000, misfortune has befallen each cover-boy -- including Shaun Alexander." It's a good thing Ben Roethlisberger wasn't on the cover this year, otherwise he might be dead.
