Brief thoughts...
It's been awhile, but I haven't forgotten about my 2 loyal readers. Things might be a little slow during the rest of the summer but I will try to post every now and again...so check back.

Today, we salute you, Mr. Sports Fan Face Painter

Unlike Van Gogh or Rembrandt, you use yourself as the canvas,
half yellow, half green but, all heart.
(look at me)
As if weighing four hundred pounds didn't call enough
attention to yourself, you had to go shirtless and,
paint yourself bright orange,
(I said look at me).
And, you top it all off with a rainbow wig, oversized sun glasses,
and absolutely, no shame.

So, crack open an ice cold budlight Mr. Sports Fan Face Painter
And know that we will keep cheering for you until we are
orange, purple or blue in the face.

- So I was watching "America's Got Talent" on ABC tonight and... well...apparently we don't have talent.
- This plant is awesome and watching the video is worth your time...The Mimosa is a sensitive plant that responds to stimuli. Thus, touching the plant will cause it to essentially play dead. Check out both videos here and here. So cool!
